Lee Garden Eight: A new large-scale strategic commercial project
Chinachem Group and Hysan Development jointly present an upcoming green landmark, officially named Lee Garden Eight, which will set a new benchmark for future office environments. Spanning over 1 million sq. ft, it is located on Caroline Hill Road in Causeway Bay and is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2026.

Chinachem Group launches its enhanced sustainable finance framework
Chinachem Group secured its first-ever social loan, a HKD150 million facility provided by Standard Chartered Bank. The proceeds will finance social projects aligned with four key areas defined within the Chinachem Group Sustainable Finance Framework: (1) Community Investment and Engagement, (2) Culture and Heritage Preservation, (3) Affordable Housing, and (4) Development of Age-friendly and Inclusive Buildings.

Chinachem Group Family DayAt this year’s annual Family Day, Chinachem Group awarded scholarships to nearly 60 children of colleagues, bringing together over 350 colleagues and their families in celebration. With a notable 34% increase in scholarship recipients from the previous year, this initiative reflects the Group's ongoing commitment to supporting its colleagues and their families.

One Beat, One World: Connecting Through the Drum
Chinachem Group is joining forces with the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra for the second year to present the “One Beat, One World: Connecting Through the Drum” series. Together with a new collaboration with the Olympic swimmers’ charity, Mind the Waves, this programme aims to leverage the unifying power of drumming to advocate for mental wellness and foster positive values and energy within the community.

Chinachem Group acquires D‧PARK mall from New World Development for HK$4.02 Billion
Chinachem Group has announced the acquisition of D‧PARK mall and its carpark. This addition is expected to create synergy with its existing investments in Tsuen Wan, including NINA MALL 1 & 2, Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, and Nina Park.
