Our History

Since the 1960s, as Hong Kong underwent rapid transformation, Chinachem Group has grown into a key player in the city's property market. With over six decades of experience, we have played a vital role in shaping communities and contributing to urban development through thoughtful and innovative projects.

Under the leadership of the late Mr Teddy and Mrs Nina Wang, the company expanded its presence in the property sector, adapting to the evolving needs of a modernising Hong Kong. Our legacy of expertise continues to drive us as we create spaces that blend functionality with forward-thinking design.
