Birthdays and anniversaries naturally encourage reflection; we assess our achievements, and speculate on our future. With 60 years under the belt, many might relax and consider cruising into the next 60.
That couldn’t be further from where our heart and mind is.
Looking back, we have much to be proud of: 186 completed residential developments, a mixed leasing portfolio containing more than 7.5 million sqft of stock, multi billion dollar sales results, and eight hotels boasting 2,900 rooms, suites and serviced apartments; all supporting more than 3,000 colleagues. That’s quite an achievement.
However, we regard our 60th Anniversary as much as a launch into the future as it is a celebration of the past. Fresh thinking, clearly defined governance, and a commitment to positively impact the communities we serve are powering us into this new stage of our journey.
To mark this milestone and to underscore our renewed values, we have introduced a new logo.
