  • Eliza Tsang
    Pictorial Garden, Sha Tin

    Small business owner, Eliza Tsang, has lived in the same Chinachem development since 1997. Chairwoman of the owners association, she’s seen generations of families thrive in this quiet, friendly community.

  • Rina Ko
    Registered Architect, Research Associate - The Chinese University of Hong Kong Jockey Club Institute of Ageing
    An architect by degree, Rina Ko now researches and develops design strategies to enhance the living standards, health and happiness of Hong Kong’s burgeoning elderly community. Commissioned by Chinachem, the results of this five year study will be published as an open source design guide.
  • Benny Lee
    Design Director (HK and UK reg. architect) - BREADstudio

    Benny’s architectural practice, BREADstudio, is currently working on a project for Chinachem, looking at the design improvement of the Nina Plaza, the public area at the foot of Nina Tower.

  • Kelvin Kam
    District Manager - Chinachem Property Services

    Property Management was an unknown realm when Kelvin Kam heard about a position at Chinachem almost quarter of a century ago. Years later, he’s an ambassador for the industry, excited by the use of innovation and the level of training available now to your recruits.

Executive Directors

  • Andy Cheung
    Executive Director and CEO

    Mr. Andy Cheung has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Chinachem Group since December 2022 and was appointed as CEO since September 2024. He is also the chair of the Group’s Strategic Investment Committee.  

     

    Andy began his career in Canada before advancing to senior management positions in infrastructure investment, construction and engineering and real estate investment.  

     

    Prior to joining Chinachem Group, Andy served as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Link REIT, where he played a pivotal role in its transformation and development. His previous roles also include Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at Paul Y. Engineering Group Limited, and Executive Director at Hopewell Holdings Limited, both of which were listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.  

     

    Andy also sits on the Board of Advisor for the Skywalker Group, a family office with presence in Hong Kong and Singapore engages in sustainable investment with portfolio spanning from traditional to new economy.  

     

    Andy holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration degree from McMaster University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant of the State of Illinois in the United States. 

  • Wong Hung Han
    Executive Director and COO

    Sleeves up and hands on, HH is happy to work on the frontline, taking on whatever challenge is sent his way.  A product of good mentorship, he landed in Hong Kong as a young man after his studies and Singaporean army service.

    Since then, HH has worked his way up through three large organisations, along the way gaining vital experience of many aspects of business operations, broadening his mindset and ability to problem solve; Technology, then consulting was followed by his arrival at Chinachem, where he now holds the position of Executive Director & COO. An enthusiastic evangelist for change, HH is a leader by example.

  • Ricky Tsang
    Executive Director and CFO

    Joined as Group Deputy CFO in March 2020, Ricky Tsang is a finance veteran who comes with over 30 years of experience gained from senior finance and management positions. He was previously an executive director and CFO at Hysan Development, responsible for managing all finance areas, including treasury and investment, as well as for setting appropriate asset enhancement and funding strategies. His exposure to the real estate was further widened at MTR where he was engaged in a core management team responsible for development, leasing and property services of the MTR property and station commercial portfolio. Ricky is a self-starter who plays a key role at Chinachem in enabling the finance system, process and staff to support the transformation and growth of our Group. He is also responsible for managing the Treasury and Investment teams.
