An hour with Angelo leaves one breathless and hungry for more, and we haven’t even started talking about his restaurant, Chef’s Cuts yet. It’s great to feel this vibe again in the city. This smiling Irishman is a dynamo, passionate about his craft, and evangelical about recreating a world class food market for our city.
