Chinachem Launches Lucky Draw to Boost Hong Kong’s Recovery from COVID-19
Chinachem Group (“The Group”) is rolling out a lucky draw to encourage more people to get vaccinated in an effort to promote the population-wide vaccination campaign and safeguard public health against COVID-19. All Hong Kong residents who have received both doses of their COVID-19 vaccine by the end of August will be eligible to register for the lucky draw. Prizes worth over HK$20 million include hotel staycations, passes to the Group’s food, beverage and entertainment outlets, and cash vouchers. Details and the terms and conditions will be announced in due course.
In addition, the Group is granting its staff members one day of paid vaccination leave for each vaccination dose received.
A representative from Chinachem Group said: “The Group strives to create positive value for the community and make the city a better home. We believe that driving up the vaccination rates will help build an immunity barrier for Hong Kong, which will speed up the relaxation of anti-epidemic measures as well as the return to a healthy economy. In the meantime, we will continue our support for communities in need through in-kind and cash donations in the fight against the epidemic.”
