D·PARK has officially joined the Chinachem Group family, the Group invited over 500 guests and business partners to participate in today's grand celebration party.

Chinachem Group (“Chinachem”) recently completed the acquisition of the mega shopping mall D·PARK in Tsuen Wan and the mall’s parking spaces for HK$4.02 billion, officially welcoming D·PARK to the Chinachem family. To commemorate this milestone, the Group invited over 500 guests and business partners to participate in today's grand celebration party.

With a total area of approximately 630,000 square feet, D·PARK will join Chinachem's flagship malls NINA MALL 1 & 2; the office building Nina Tower; Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West; as well as Nina Park - the urban park with the largest wood fossil collection in Asia, to exemplify the concept of “Nina Hub Synergy”. Seizing the opportunities, Chinachem endeavours to cultivate the largest integrated commercial, tourist, retail, entertainment and cultural hub in the New Territories West, attracting locals and tourists from the Mainland and overseas.

At today’s grand celebration party, Dr. Bernard Chan Pak-li, Under Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development; Ben Chan Han-pan, Member of the Legislative Council; Billy Au Ka-shing, District Officer (Tsuen Wan); together with representatives from Chinachem Group and others participated as distinguished guests of honour. “Following the revitalisation of the historic Central Market and the establishment of Hong Kong's first museum-grade wood fossil park, Nina Park, D·PARK is our third project to embody the “Playground for All” concept, evolving into a vibrant shared community space for people of all ages and backgrounds. As one of our key investment projects this year, the acquisition of D·PARK fuels “Nina Hub Synergy” by integrating NINA MALL 1 & 2, Nina Tower, Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, Nina Park, and D·PARK. This unique synergy empowers us to enhance residents’ quality of life, encourage community participation, drive economic prosperity, promote environmental conservation, and, ultimately, creating a more liveable community,” said a representative from Chinachem Group.

Tsuen Wan boasts a vast network of footbridges and a well-connected transportation system. D·PARK, adjacent to the Tsuen Wan MTR Station, is seamlessly linked with NINA MALL, which provides direct access to the Tsuen Wan West MTR Station. This connectivity contributes to the sustainable development of the Tsuen Wan district.

During the Olympic Games, Chinachem will allocate several million Hong Kong dollars for D·PARK, NINA MALL and other shopping malls of the Group to present the "Summer Go!ympics" event.  In collaboration with the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (SF&OC) and various sports organisations, a host of fun-filled events will be held including live broadcasts of key Olympic matches to cheer on Hong Kong athletes.

In addition, CCG Hearts, Chinachem’s membership rewards programme, has been seamlessly integrated with D·PARK's existing scheme. Nearly 70% of the new membership base comprises existing D·PARK members who can now enjoy more enticing benefits and participate in a wide range of volunteer activities.
